helpful staff convenient location high standard
I found the staff friendly and helpful . The location is quite convenient with easy access to the Underground. The hotel itself maintains a high standard of cleanliness. This.
I noted a slight delay in receiving requested additional towels one evening.

The Beautiful King Room features Elemis products and a very comfortable bed. The room includes a modern design with a functional layout, also I noticed soundproofing guaranteed a quiet rest.

overpriced restaurant unresponsive touch
the rooms were lovely and clean.
I found the lack of an open bar disappointing (especially since i was hoping for a nightcap). the only dining option available was an overpriced chinese restaurant, which didn't appeal to me. also, the television was difficult to watch. The touch controls were not very responsive.
